If the coffee roaster product you receive suffers from quality defects, shipping damage, or does not match your order, please contact us to submit a return request within 14 days of signing for the delivery. You must also provide supporting evidence (such as photos or videos). Once your request has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a return or refund for you.
For return requests unrelated to product quality (e.g., you no longer need the item for personal reasons), the product must be unused, in a condition suitable for resale, and have its original packaging intact. In such cases, the customer may be required to bear the cost of round-trip shipping and any applicable processing fees.
II. Situations Ineligible for Refunds
The following situations typically do not qualify for a refund or return:
The product has been used or damaged due to human error;
The return request is submitted after the specified return period has expired;
The product is a custom-made item or falls under a category explicitly marked as ineligible for returns or exchanges;
